Councillor Alex Easton - Groomsport Bus

North Down MLA Alex Easton has welcomed the news that Translink is to add Bloomfield Shopping Centre to its Ballywalter to Bangor route, connecting Groomsport with the major North Down shopping centre.
 
The service will commence on 1 July, this year, and also provide a direct link to the shopping centre for people living in Ballywalter and Donaghadee. Alex said that this route will be most welcome by the elderly and disabled.
 
Speaking today North Down DUP MLA Alex Easton said:
 
 “I am pleased that Translink intends to provide a new link between Groomsport village and Bloomfield Shopping Centre starting from the 1st July, this year. This adjustment to the Ballywalter to Bangor route will also be welcomed by people in Ballywalter and Donaghadee.
 
It will also be welcomed by the elderly and disabled connecting them with Bloomfields.” the North Down MLA said.
